Which humidity pack
Match the pack to the container, not the cigar. Valet packs hold a set relative humidity (RH) and never need charging.

|---|---|
| 65% | Plastic containers and tupperdors; longer-term aging. |
| 69% | Everyday storage in any container. The safe default. |
| 72% | Wood humidors. |
| 75% | Dry climates and drafty humidors. |
| 84% | Seasoning new wood only. Not for cigar storage. |
Rules of thumb
- Do not mix different RH levels in one container.
- One 60g pack per 25 cigars of capacity.
- Use 8g packs for travel cases and tubes.
